How long does a mobile car wash take?
The time required depends on the service you choose. Express exterior wash typically takes around 45-60 minutes, while more detailed services like interior cleaning or full detailing can take up to 2-3 hours depends upon the service selection. We’ll give you an estimated time when you book.
Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies for the mobile car wash?
The only thing required of you is to point us to your home’s power and water supply, and unlock the doors to your vehicle if you’ve selected an interior detailing service.

Will there be a 'Heavy Soiling Surcharge' for my grooming service?
Any additional charges will only apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty or contaminated, or if an upgrade in service is required to achieve the desired results, and we will always seek your approval before proceeding with any extra charges.

Will shampooing remove all stains from the seats and carpets?
While shampooing can greatly improve the appearance of your seats and carpets, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Several factors can influence the results, such as the source of the stain, how long it has been there, whether it has permanently set, or if it has soaked into the carpet underlay. These are the most common factors that can affect the outcome.
Can I schedule a mobile car wash for the same day?
We offer same-day booking depending on availability. To ensure a spot, we recommend scheduling ahead of time, but feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
